I have been here four times now. There is a powerful presence under the banyan tree. It's such a peaceful, quiet place. The water is a beautiful teal blue.
One of the very first places I visited on the Big Island when I moved here. Great place to see whales migrating.

Amazing, clean park great for eating a picnic or camping with a permit. Perfect place to watch the sun rise. The parks guys do a great job. If you go please keep. It better than when you found it.
Camped here for one night.. Had a nice tent spot in the grass under the trees. Nice ocean sound to sleep to. Running water bathrooms were fine.
